Illinois Out of State FBI FD - 258 Fingerprint Card Submission
This service is for out-of-state applicants who are applying for licensure within the State of Illinois and already have completed their FBI FD-258 fingerprint cards with their local Police Department or Fingerprint Agency. Once we receive your fingerprint cards, we process and submit them to the Illinois State Police (ISP) the same day through our Live Scan System, once submitted we immediately email you the official fingerprint receipt along with your TCN number for inclusion in your license application packet.

Illinois Out of State FBI FD-258 Fingerprint Card Submission Packet
This kit is designed specifically for out-of-state applicants (non-Illinois residents) who are applying for licensure with the State of Illinois. It contains everything you need to complete your Illinois Livescan fingerprinting requirement — except the actual fingerprinting, which you'll do locally. Once fingerprinted, simply return the included materials to us using the prepaid return envelope. We process your submission the same day we receive it and email you the official fingerprint receipt for inclusion in your Illinois license application.
