Step-by-step

Do you accept walk-ins?

Please book online when possible to minimize wait times. Limited walk-ins may be available.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring a valid photo ID and any TCN/ORI or agency paperwork. Bring your request form if provided.

Can you do FD-258 without ink?

Yes. We can capture digitally and print to FD-258 cards as needed.

How long does a fingerprint appointment take?

Most visits take about 10–20 minutes depending on the service and paperwork.

For Out-of-State Card Scan, how will I receive my TCN?

After we process your packet, we email your TCN (Transaction Control Number).
